I only had an issue with Kana, and she was also the only time I had a chance to impregnate someone before unlocking the nexus, and the daycare.(maybe the bug is related to triggering pregnancy before those are unlocked?) I encountered a bug in act 2 that made impregnating Kana impossible until I used a superfertility potion. Who up till the end of act 2 I kind of saw as annoying. I was even surprised by how much I ended up caring about Gwen.
